Tips... Remember share permissions, as well as NTFS permissions on the remote (read: server location). Especially if using GPOs, folder redirection, and any sort of setting for exclusive access. If you are creating, or in any way manually copying or creating mandatory profiles, ensure the registry permission on the hive are conducive.
