[THIN] Restricting Add/modify FTP from office XP

I'm having a hard time finding a way to get rid of the 'add/modify FTP
locations' option from within the open / save dialogs within Office XP.
The office XP ADM templates have nothing for blocking access to this,
there are apparently no associated command ID's, and the little bit of
info I've found on the web about blocking access to this seems to
indicate that the only option is to 'disable' FTP entirly from the
system by forcing it to use a non-existant proxy from within IE.
Anyone tackled this one before and gotten it out of the drop-down list
for saving entirely?
