yea, you are right (now that I think about it a little more).
We built the second WI server - one for internal, one for external. I
only used Thomas's tool on the external site.
It just made it all neater for us to manage and for auditing.

This doesn't work I think for Angela's needs. You have a single user
account with access required for both internal and external but show
different apps depending if they are internal or external. You would
need two separate accounts for this.
I think Hideapp with two WI's would be better.....(Or CAG or Juniper)

Koetzig?

It is manual, unless you manage it through AD, but it works.
(I didn't try it with PNAgent)
