Oh dear - what happened there?
Remotely possible is the nightmare application from hell. It just does not work
with Terminal servers. We got as far as installing it and running it, but it
would only run in the current session if it was also running on the console
first, so if this was the first time you launched it, nothing would seem to
happen, but it would launch in the console.
The second major issue we had was that the password file was shared between all
users...
I've had fun with other CA applications as well. They just don't seem to like
writing apps that work correctly on terminal servers.
Regards,
Jeremy Thomas

Subject: [THIN] Remotely Possible 4.0 on MFXPe FR3 - W2K server
Hello,
Does someone have any experience with Remotely Possible 4.0 on Windows 2000
MFXPe FR3 server ?
Remotely Possible is the previous version of CA Control IT 5.x.
When I start the application on an ICA session, the application doens't seems
to be started, but actually it is running on the console of my server instead
of the ICA session.
I'm afraid that this application is to old and not multi-user. Correct ?
Tnx for the feedback.
Chris
