[THIN] Remote user gets error installing PN 7

Greetings to all great and wise Citrix Gurus...

I have a user at his home who is trying to install PN 7 at home is getting a
dll error.  He didn't give me all the details but I have quoted his message
to me below...

When I installed and ran the software I got the following "error"
message..."PN error.....WSSP.DLL".  I clicked it off and went through the
set-up process and when I was done I got......"error adding to custom ICA
connection".

I was unable to find any reference or info on this.  Any suggestions??
