[THIN] Remote a session...

Connected via a CAG SSL VPN connection.
 
We have users making full SSL VPN connections via a CAG.  They are given an 
internal IP, upon connection.
 
The trouble we have found, we are unable to remote those remote machines, but 
the internal IP, or their name.
 
The network policy is all ports, all protocols, all IP's are open.
 
What am I missing here?
