for crystal on TS we have to move the crystal DLL's and OCX files (a copy of
these) to %systemroot%\system32 - i think by default they are placed in
c:\windows\crystal?
Once we moved them - no more issues! - " we had the same cant be read" error
until we moved / copied the DLL's... not a great fix, but a fix
nevertheless...??
