[THIN] Registry Size Question

Need a reality check here. MPS3.0.SP4/PD4W2KR01 on Windows 2000 SP4.
Registry size set to 250. 27 Users on box and using 195 of the 250. I
realize this will vary from environment to environment, but is this
reasonable?
My profiles do unload, using UPHClean and ShutDown Plus TSE that has a
thread release capability included. However, when I get to about 30
users, I get Profile can't be loaded and general, things go to shit
after that.
