[THIN] RM alerting for server up/down status

I used to think Resource Manager included alerts for anytime a citrix server
went down (including graceful shutdown and reboots). It appears though that
it only sends "server down" alerts when the server or the IMA service tank
hard. At least that's how I'm reading this:

Anyone using RM to send basic up/down notifications (ala WhatsUpGold)?
