No RDP can use 128 bit encryption too. It will be different encryption
than ICA but still encrypted

Just want to get my facts straight as we run Windows 2000 with
Metaframe. 

With Windows 2003 server, if I setup a Terminal server NAT'd behind a
firewall and someone logs in remotely using RDP, is the all of the data
going across the wire completely unencrypted?
