Have you tried using the /s switch after the .exe?

The only way that I've done it was with the viewer. Download it from
the office page or use the pack and go feature in powerpoint. If you
install the viwer just run the ppt file with the viewer and you should
be all set.
If not try doing a pack and go and publish the ppz file. Not as clean
but it might work
