I had that problem once. Try checking for stuck print jobs... Go to
C:\winnt\system32\spool\printers\ and delete all files there if any. If
you can't delete them, stop and start the spooler service and then delete
them. Then test a login/logout, see if it is still taking a long time to
logoff. It fixed it completely for me.

For some reason as of late both of my Citrix servers (2000 SP3, MF XP FR1)
have started hanging on logout. When they try to log out the application
closes but they are left looking at a blank blue screen.
Anyone else had this?
