[THIN] Published Application w/o Login Prompt?

I've managed to publish an application and have it accessible from my website, 
but I want to have the application start directly without requiring the user to 
login to the domain. How do I configure the application's .ica file to 
automatically log in to the server without prompting for a username, password, 
and domain name?
