[THIN] Publish application non-seamless PS 4.0/PN Agent

Probably a simple question. I haven't done this since Metaframe 1.8 so
my skills are a bit dated. How do I publish an application so it fires
up in windowed mode vs. seamless? The clients are predominately PN
Agent but some via Web Interface v4.2 There used to be an easy way to
do this in 1.8 but it doesn't appear to be there anymore in PS 4.0
