[THIN] Project 2003 Windows on 2003SP2 TS & Ctx4.5SP1 install not working.

Hi, 

 

Has anyone else come across an issue with MS Project 2003 installing in TS
whereby once its installed users get an "out of memory" error when the run
the application unless an admin runs the winproj.exe file first?

 

Once an admin has run the winproj.exe file - (which runs through a short
install and launches a couple of command boxes) can users run the app :?

 

Its not as if running a change user /install gives anything useful - must
all be off somewhere in HKLM !?

 

Any help much appreciated.
