[THIN] Problems connecting to Web Interface VIA Juniper CVPN

I 'm having a problem with our new NLB Load Balanced Web Interfaces
(4.0).  I know what the problem is but do not know where the setting to
change is.  When the client is returned an ICA file the Address= section
now has the IP instead of the server name, which the Juniper box
requires the server name.
 
The Web Interfaces are load balanced using MS-NLB and only have the Web
Interface installed, not Presentation Server. (I read a Citrix article
on the load balancing that said both PS and WI on the same machine
didn't support load balancing.)  How do I get it back to sending
Address=Server instead of Address=IP?
