[THIN] Problems connecting to Exchange Server

I have a client where if the users log in locally, they're Outlook can connect
to the Exchange Server fine.  But if they log into their Citrix desktop, the
connection is never completed, and they get a "network problems are preventing
the server from reaching the Exchange Server" error.  There's nothing that
really points to this issue in any of the event logs.

Any ideas?
