[THIN] Problem opening .pdf files in Outlook

Hi,
I am running Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 on Windows 2003 SE SP 1.
Users have trouble opening .pdf files in outlook.
Deleting the user profile fixes the problem, but eventually it reoccurs.
Any ideas?
