[THIN] Printing - Citrix Natively

Hi gang, 

Printing in Citrix is very frustrating.  We have Xerox Document Centre 420
printers that I map the HP LaserJet 5si printer driver.  When the printer
autocreates it creates the UPD.  We are running Win2k SP3, MetaFrame XPe
FR2/SP2 Hotfix 81 on these servers.   It prints but the print out is blank.
This was working fine until today.

1)  Why is it using the PCL4 UPD printer driver when I have it Xerox printed
mapped to HP LaserJet 5si?  
2)  I am looking at Project Compatibility 2.1.  Would this correct this
problem?  
3)  Would I better off going FR3? 

Any suggestions?
