Hi,

Not quite sure on issue # 1, but as for issue # 2.

If you installed VMware tools on the virtualized terminal server, and if you
enabled the "shared folders feature", there is a specific file that gets put
under each user's profile which prevents user profiles from clearing off the
server correctly. That file = hgfs.dat.
