[THIN] Re: Printer Autocreation not working after Winsock fix

OK, I can see all client printers using printcfg, and connect to them.
 So the system is acting as if 'connect client printers' is toggeled
off, when it is in fact toggled on (and I have re-toggeled it a few
times).

I'll go ahead and delete/recreate the ICA listeners unless anyone's
got a tip short of that.
