[THIN] Re: Print spooler crashing

It looks as printer drivers weren't replicated correctly.

Do you know if there is any issue with driver replication in PS4.0 R03?

It crashed 5 times today. I had found in Application event log that
there were most problems with "HP LaserJet 4000 PCL" and printer
couldn't be created if this driver was required.

I have reinstalled this driver and since then the spooler hasn't
crashed.

 

I will see tomorrow when all users will log in again to this server

How frequently Print spooler crashing? check the events before the print
spooler crash event,

I have added yesterday a new Citrix server to one of my farms and print
spooler crashed few time today. I don 't have such a problem with any
other server.

The only difference between this one and others is that I have
replicated pri nter drivers to this server from other server instead of
just installing it.
