I can do it as admin, but I have 9 servers and why can get 1 printer but not
another?

Maybe a silly question but have you tried mapping to the printer as
Administrator.

Sounds like the drivers are not properly installed on the server.  If you
look in Printers/File/Server Properties/Driver you will see the installed
drivers.

Ok here is my problem:
First my servers are setup like this....

Citrix server is Windows 2000 sp3 with MF FR1.....
Print Server is test unit running Windows 2003 Standard RC2 Client is
Winterm running CE

Scenario:
User logs on to Citrix and gets printers mapped for Canon IR5000 (which .net
has all drivers native 9x,NT4,Win2k,XP) I have HP8100DN to which .net only
has 2000,xp,.net drivers native, He cannot map this printer(8100) from his
Citrix desktop (gets cannot connect to printer "permissions") message

What is wrong? How come he can connect to canon but not hp?
I look at permissions and they are the same
