We currently use "PrintScreen" from Gadwin, with good results. We tested a few
other utilities but found that the print jobs were bloated. I ran a quick
comparison against the print now utility, when printing a basic web page, the
file was considerably larger than when using the Gadwin utility. The Gadwin
utility also has many configurations that I didnât see in Print now. There
are both freeware and licensed versions available. Worth a test in your
environment.
