Thanks for the suggestion...
The 100 Full is set in the original base image. I double checked just to make
sure and it's hardcoded to 100 Full.
The test boxes are DL380 G3's. I ran the 6.3a CSP updates on the same day as
sp4 updates. In addition, I installed a newer release for the HP Load
Management (Dual Nics). I suppose this might be causing an issue.

Hard code the Speeds on the NIC card to match the Speed of the Switch. The
speed and duplex are usually set to auto detect.this worked for me
Hope this helps

Has anyone seen this issue post Sp4?
SP4 seems to be having a strange effect regarding desktop login. I've
installed SP4 on 3 Dev boxes and now I cannot login to any of the Dev boxes via
a desktop connection. PA's work fine.
Metaframe login comes up, logon script runs fine, then... FBS (Forever Black
Screen)
I can do a CTRL + F1 and attempt logoff and get the following error:
Ending Program.......
"WFShellWindow"
Attempts to end.......
"The program is not responding"
I click on "END NOW"
Approximately 5 minutes later it terminates.
No errors in Event Viewer.
My next step is to debug using Filemon and Regmon but just wondering if anyone
else has noticed this issue.
Thanks.
