Hahahaha, I know...

It sounded like your wireless connection to the 'net was getting dropped,
and it wasn't just a failure on the part of the ICA client.  It may, or may
not, be directly attributable to the ICA client; it could be a driver
problem, a bug in the OS, a problem on Verizon's end, etc etc.  I just
thought that giving the ISP a call might be a worthwhile step.

You don't HAVE to tell them you're using the ICA client...you could just
tell them you're trying to hit a portal page.  ;)
