Multiple CPU. 400% can equal 100% on 4 processors.

HI All,

I'm trying to troubleshoot some performance issues (Yes, I read the
whitepaper and saw the webcast).  One thing I notice is that perfmon is
telling me that some process go above 100% processor utilization.  One went
up to 400%.  How is this possible?
