[THIN] Paging in 2003

I have 4gb of memory on a 2003 citrix server.
 
What should I be setting my paging file to? I currently have it set to 4096
min to 4096 max. I also see a mention of 'let windows manage the paging
file' option. 
 
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
