Did you double verify permissions to the directory and check ownership of it 
where the PST file is? Also check your settings where Outlook thinks it is 
looking for the PST  You can give the user admin prives, log on to a desktop 
and check the mail applet in the control panel to make sure it is using the 
correct one.

The PST is NOT corrupt guys. It's a brand new empty PST. It works fine
outside the Citrix server.

Theres a Microsoft PST Repair tool cant remember off hand but if you do
a search on the MS web site you should get it

I created a brand new PST, it's blank, so it's < 500k.

The Inbox had < 100 items in it. I've got users with 3 gig PSTs and
3000 items in their inbox, so if a 500k PST and 100 items in the inbox
crashes Outlook 2003 on Citrix, then something is REALLY wrong.

what size is your PST file ? whats the error message ?

If PST file getting close to a Gb its way too large 600 - 700 Mb is
usually file

Also if inbox has a lot of messages it in you need to minimise the sixe
of users inbox by moving mails to a folder

We had a lot of issues and various erros messages and these were the
contributing factors.

Anyone have issues with a PST file crashing Outlook 2003 on Citrix? I'm
logged into the local desktop and have the issue. PST is sitting in the
