[THIN] PSE400R01W2K3053 Issue - IMA will not start

Greetings to all Gurus here.
I want to install PSE400R01W2K3053 hotfix, because of "Invalid menu handle".
But when I restart server after aplying this hotfix IMA will not start with
following series of error:
