Hi Jaime,
In the OSCE readme
(http://support.trendmicro.com.cn/TM-Product/Product/OSCE/EN/10.5/GM_Build/OfficeScan105_ServerReadme_vs0.61_Final.htm)
there’s a section for Citrix recommendation
1. When this product version is installed to a Citrix Presentation server,
the Citrix client loses connection with the server. To address this issue:
a. On the Citrix server, open Registry Editor and navigate to
HKLM\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\NSC\TmProxy\WhiteList.
b. Click Edit > New > Key and name the key IIS.
c. Under this new key, create a string value (Edit > New > String Value)
with the name ProcessImageName and use w3wp.exe as its value.
d. Restart the OfficeScan NT Listener service.
Some performance-recommendations:
A)
When using Citrix, I recommend excluding the following files from being scanned;
*.LOG, *.DAT, *.TMP, *.POL, *.PF
Avoiding possible performance issues.
B)
To avoid loading PCCNTMON.exe every time a Citrix users logs on;
1. Login to the Officescan Server Management console
2. Go to Networked computers| Client Management
3. From the Client tree, expand the domain and highlight the Citrix Servers
(hold down CTRL key to select multiple servers)
4. On the top menu, select Settings | Privileges and Other Settings | Other
Settings
5. Put a check mark on ?DDo not allow users to access the client console from
the system tray or Windows Start menu‖
6. Click on Save button
Note: The only minimal side effect for this configuration is that there will
be no popup messages that will come up on the Citrix Servers whenever a
virus/malware, spyware/grayware, or web threats are detected
Kind regards,
Safdar.

All that that Greg mentions are good.
But my first thought - get a test server, uninstall (not disable) the AV.
Test the logons. Are they back to "normal"? Or 'better but still not great?'
When you rolled out AV, was it *just* on the citirx servers?

yes. you need to tweak that up a bit.
I am sure others will chime in but I set A/V to not scan network files, turn
off heuristics. Then i think there are some options related to scan on write
vs scan on access vs scan on open and things you can mess with.
Are you seeing it drag on your disk activity or CPU, memory etc?
Perfmon is your friend.
