From what I remember, update 2005.04 is not PS4. Just the same code base.
Personally, I would remove PS3 and 2005.04 and install PS4 using the PS4
install media. It's one way to avoid the upgrade gremlins.

We have a bunch of servers that have been upgraded to PS4 from PS3 via
2005.04 update.
For some reason some servers "revert back" to PS3.
If we set it back to PS4 as the version and reboot it goes back? But this
does not seem to stick all the time.
Has anyone else run into this? Any idea of fix?
