[THIN] PS V4 defaulting Back to PS3

We have a bunch of servers that have been upgraded to PS4 from PS3 via
2005.04 update.

For some reason some servers "revert back" to PS3.

If we set it back to PS4 as the version and reboot it goes back?  But
this does not seem to stick all the time.

Has anyone else run into this?  Any idea of fix?
