Maybe archiving the whole package to a ZIP or RAR file and burning the
resulting file to the CD. For recovery they would have to copy the archive to a
file system and unpack ...

I have tried requesting the physical media, apparently that is no
longer an option.
I have it on the network, it works, but I need to send the CD's to a
remote site, for compliance with their policies, housing our servers.
I can not seem to get it to copy to CD, as it wants to rename several
files. I am concerned that renaming the files, will make the CD useless.
Ideas?
