[THIN] PS 4.0 memory management issue

Anyone of you guys have seen a strange behaviour with PS 4.0 and memory
management enabled???

 

I'm running two applications, on is a home made app from a local company
and the other one is Cerner Milenium... When I enable the memory
management, the servers are ok for about 1 to 2 weeks then after a
while, theses two applications give me an error without any explicit
reason except "the application failed to initialize properly" 0x00000005

 

Once I disable the option in the farm, the error disappears without
having to reboot the servers. Really weird!
