As far as using a GPO, are you referring to a policy within the domain/OU or a 
policy within the presentation server console?

You do not need the web interface.  It is cool and has some nice features, but 
if all your users are on the LAN/WAN... not required.

No prob having your licensing on the Citrix box.  I prefer to have it separate, 
because I like being able to lose any given App Server without affecting the 
farm operations.  So... if you have another place to put it, it's a good idea 
architecturally, but certainly not necessary.  There are no significant load 
problems or any inherent restraint or incompatibility. 

If all you need is load balancing, buy Standard, not Enterprise.  Lots of nice 
features in Enterprise, but they do cost.  Also, unlike TSCALs, you need only 
purchase a sufficient number of Client licenses to cover max concurrent user 
levels.  So... if you only have 100 users at any one time... you only need 100 
client licenses.  (add your normal fat, tho)
