I assume you need to be able to tell PnAgent to request the alternate
address for the farm.

If you look in the AMC, it is very easy to configure that for the
AccessPlatform site but there doesn't appear to be an option to configure
that for PNAgent.

You will have to manually edit the WebInterface.conf file in the PNAgent
folder to add the entry to use the Alternate Address instead of going
Direct. Look at the WebInterface.conf file in your AccessPlatform folder
(MetaFrame folder) to see how it is configured to pull the Alternate
Address.
