[THIN] P2V CPS 4.0 R03 to ESX 3.0.x

I need to P2V a couple CPS 4.0 R03 boxes that are no longer used in
production, but need to be kept for a few apps installed only on them.
Are there any gotcha's when doing a P2V to VMware ESX 3.0.x, or do I
just let it rip?
