An immediate response, usually means they are hitting the correct sever =
with the wrong information. You may need to look at their setting on a =
one to one basis. =20
Once when we had this problem, a user had been created on one server. =
The servers did not replicate after 2 days, so someone created the user =
on the e-mail server. The first person did not know this, so he forced =
the servers to replicate. This made 2 users with the same name, so =
neither could send e-mail until one was deleted.
Hope this helps

Does the SMTP server require additional authentication ?. It's easy to =
=3D
miss
that tickbox when setting up internet mail accounts. This message could =
=3D
also
happen if the smtp server is really busy or you timeout to it. Are the =
=3D
users
all logging into the same Citrix server (check to ensure that they have =
=3D
smtp
access through the firewall) or does the issue follow the same users =3D
even
when logging onto another server ? (User profile, .pst or smtp account
issue)

I have several users in a citrix environment running outlook 200. they =
=3D
use
pop3 to get there mail. They point to an smtp relay server for out =3D
going.
a few users get the following message when trying to send emails.

=3D

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject: testing
      Sent: 10/2/02 11:18 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      'mboggan@xxxxxxxxxxx' on 10/2/02 11:18 AM

No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.

The provider should be smtp and it is all configured properly but it =3D
will
not go. Any ideas?

Thanks,
