An immediate response, usually means they are hitting the correct sever = with the wrong information. You may need to look at their setting on a = one to one basis. =20 Once when we had this problem, a user had been created on one server. = The servers did not replicate after 2 days, so someone created the user = on the e-mail server. The first person did not know this, so he forced = the servers to replicate. This made 2 users with the same name, so = neither could send e-mail until one was deleted.
