I'm running Outlook XP but the way we deal with this is we just use
Terminal Services Roaming profiles. The signature is stored under
Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures and roams from server to server
without issue. It seems like it should work the same way for Outlook
2003.

I am running SP1 already, are you doing this without a script?

This is an issue with Office 2003. Office 2003 SP1 fixes that issue.

Alright, my signatures are saving to the home directory but you have to
select the signature each time you logon again. Is anybody else
scripting this with Outlook 2003, I was able to do it for Outlook 97 a
long time ago but the registry keys are different.

Thanks,

Chris

Ok, fixed the signatures issue I think by redirecting Application Data.
Anybody know about the Standard templates for the forms?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi All,

Doe anybody know where to change the path so that Autosignatures can be
saved to the home directory instead of the local profile, otherwise the
users need to recreate their signature when they login. A policy to do
this would be great.

Also does anybody know where the Standard templates folder when choosing
forms in Outlook 2003 points to? I have a couple more templates to
throw in but I don't seem to be putting them in the right place.

Thanks,

Chris
