[THIN] Outlook 2000

Hello,
I'm having an issue on my presentation server 4.0. When a user closes
outlook 2000, it hangs on the "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook Exists".
The only way to close it is to manually close it via the PN connection
center.
Anyone seen this before?
