[THIN] Office alternatives ???

Hello,
We are looking to quote on a complete CoLo solution using Metaframe and =
W2k as the OS.
The client currently runs Office 97 and Maximiser Db. They want to =
upgrade their M$Office, but after we gave them the quote for the =
M$Office they had a seizure. =20
What I would like to find out is has anyone had good/bad/ugly =
experiences implementing office alternatives in their thin client =
environment ?
We have been looking at OpenOffice and StarOffice as contenders, but I =
thought I would ask if anyone had done this before.
