Thanks Jim, Im not using autocreated client printers here. Ive got them = disabled for management reasons. The problem is here is that the printers are created and fully = functional to all applications like wordpad, Financials, Telnet client = etc but MS office app print jobs disappear or just error out on the = session. I have the CMC configured to pull down the printers from the print = server and have specific printers created for specific groups. These = create fine and work in all apps reliably apart from MS office. Ive even tried to disconnect the printer and manually reconnect the = printer in side the client session and I still get the problem. Are we on the same wave length here? For example. If a user has an HP LaserJet 1200 it is not enough to have = the driver loaded on the server. You must have an alias to the proper name. If the driver on the server = gets installed with a name such as HP Laser 1200 you must map the name of = the printer on the server to the name on the Client. HP Laser 1200 =3D HP LaserJet 1200 for example. There is some great info on printing problems at http://www.printingsupport.com That might help you also track down some = of your problems. This problem only occurs in MS Office applications. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
