I just checked and we don't have the same problem. I didn't use any
installation tricks. It was pretty much Next, Next.
Sorry, not much help.

Subject: [THIN] Office 2007 on Terminal Server
Is there any trick to installing Office 2007 on a Windows 2003 Terminal
Server? If I'm logged in as a regular user, then bring up Word, if I
click on the button to bring up the Font or Paragraph dialog box, I get
an error that there is a problem saving the file. As an administrator
account works, I figured it was a permissions error but cannot figure
out where. The weird thing though, is that if I bring up Excel on the
normal user login, the font, alignment and number dialog boxes come up
fine.
Another issue I'm noticing is that at times, a section of the ribbon bar
goes black. If I mouse over that section, the color is back to normal.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks
