[THIN] Office 2007

I have created a OPS file for customizing Office 2007 for Terminal Server
2003 and Citrix PS 4.5. I used the setup /admin for the setup and creating
the OPS file. However, I put the OPS file in the update folder and it is
not being applied. Anyone seen this issue?
