Yup.  Login to your server and run SET from a command prompt.  I had the 
problem after an application I installed changed the environment variable for 
Programfiles back to C:\program files.  If not there then do a search in your 
registry for C:\ and see what you come up with.

Good morning,

I have been updating a single citrix server site over the break with hotfixes 
and patches etc, I have hit a snag running the Office 2003 sp3 and updates etc.

The server has been remapped to M: and the sp / updates for office baulk on 
cannot find c:\

Has anyone been able to resolve this quite easily?

I checked the sp3 MSI using /? but no mention of being able to specify the 
destination location, I also tried using subst which also failed.
