Have you investigated Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS)
2003?
It will be able to handle your data syncing. As I understand it is a
per CPU lic so if you go down the path of purchase think of a IT64 :)

Hi group,
Sorry for off-topic post.
We are thinking to change user logons to their badge ID numbers. The
badge
number, full name and Department is generated by payroll SQL database.
We
would like to get a regular export from this SQL database into Active
Directory so new user accounts will be created as soon as the payroll
db is
updated. So far we are not looking for complete automated solution. It
will
be enough if the user account in AD will be generated and user object
be
dropped into a certain OU.
If somebody can recommend a program to do this it would be awesome. I'm
not
too good with scripting but if someone supply a link to a sample script
I'll
probably make my way through it as well.
Your help is very appreciated.
