What a relief to hear from someone else who gets "Life Was Fine Before
Citrix Came Along". If I got a pound each time I heard that line....

On a serious note, we use Crystal 8.5 on Citrix with (hardly any)
issues. Is upgrading an option?

Thanks for the support. That is what I wanted to hear. =20

I have discussed with the app. developers, that they should look at
upgrading to something even remotely current, and I get...."that is a
lot of work", "we don't have time", "it worked fine before Citrix", etc.

It has been my experience that Crystal 7 on win2k stinks and causes a
lot of printing issues=20

Crystal

We have a couple apps., which use Crystal 7. We run these apps. on our
Citrix servers, no trouble. Servers are WIN2K, SP2 with MF XPe, FR1,
SP2. All is well, except for some printing features from these apps. our
print servers are WIN2K, therefore using primarily WIN2K drivers. Users
running client WIN2K, connecting to the Apps., running on Citrix, from
time to time find printing issues. Those running WINNT 4.0 as a client
never seem to have issues.

I have found that Crystal 7 is not certified for WIN2K.=20

Is it possible that this old version of Crystal is causing these
printing issues? The developer is telling everyone that this is a
Citrix problem, which I can not totally believe. I have found that if I
install the NT/2000 version of the driver on the print server, that that
seems to alleviate some of the trouble as well.
