Something is really hosed up. I tried uninstalling exchange and it won't
even uninstall. tried building a brand new exchange server and i can't even
do that. Crashes install messaging and collaboration services.

it could be a DNS problem
Can the workstation resolve the Exchange servers name to the correct
address?, and can they talk (ping) to each other?

Are there any firewalls between the client and the exchange server? If
there are you might need to open your rules up a bit.

I have a exchange 2k server and running OL 2000 in citrix. Trying to
connect to the exchange server tells me that it cannot resolve the user
name. the account is setup but it will not resolve. Can't get any accounts
to work. Any ideas on this one?
