Then you're probably going to have to use something with the date in - either touch / create a file in the users home directory, or use bespoke registry values in HKCU. If you opt to use files, check (for example) whether the extension (you've created previously) matches todays date (the same rationale would work under HKCU, and it may be neater, there), if there is - do nothing, if not clear any "Monday" files (or registry values), do whatever, and if successful, write a new file / value, suffixed with the current date.
